SE Junior Training popular with all Counties

Junior players came from Kent, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Oxfordshire to join the South East Junior training session on Saturday 16th November. The next session is on Saturday 14th December for Under 15 girls 10-1.00.p.m.and Under 15 and 17 boys 1-4.00.p.m. The Under 17 girls session has been moved to Sunday 1st December due to England open trials on 14th December.

Under 14 Grand Prix.Saturday 12th October 2019 Fantastic turn out of fourteen teams for the first Under 14 Volleyball Grand Prix of the 2019-20 season. 4 aside teams playing on Badminton courts over womens height nets at The Ashcombe Volleyball Centre, Dorking, Surrey.

SOUTH EAST JUNIOR TRAINING SATURDAY 19th October 2019

Under 17 boys and girls and Under 15 boys and girls. All ages are as of September 2019. 

Girls training 10.a.m. – 1.00.p.m. 

Boys training 1.00.pm.m – 4.00.p.m.

Venue: The Ashcombe Volleyball Centre, Dorking RH4 1LY

Subscription £6 per player 

Players and parents please complete the attached forms and give them to the coaches on arrival at the session. You only have to do this once.

Sessions before Christmas will be open to all, we are looking to find talent for the Volleyball England pathway and help all young players improve.  the coaches will then decide when to cut their squads in order to prepare for the National Championships at Kettering over the weekend of 23rd, 24th and 25th May 2020. Venues may also change after Christmas dependent on hall availability, cost and players locations. 

County leads and coaches please forward to all junior players, schools and clubs. I have sent this to many contacts as a blind copy and I don’t want players to miss out. Looking forward to another great year for South East Volleyball.

Please find attached an invitation to an Under 14 volleyball tournament at Ashcombe VC on Saturday 12th October 2019 11-2.00.p.m.

Some of you have replied that you will be bringing teams and players to the competition and others that you can’t enter this time but would be interested in later tournaments.

If you only have one or two players please still bring them along, I will make sure everyone gets plenty of appropriate match play.
